CHILLI SOYA

"CHILLI SOYA" the name itself says that its an chinese cuisine which was introduced by chinese migrants to indians and since then it has become the essence of indian chinsese recipies.. its super easy and is not at all spicy and can be made in no time.... one more advantage of learning this recipe is that if you know how to make this cuisine you will definitely know to make chilli chicken and chilli puneer the difference being that there chicken and puneer are used....!!!!

so now without any more intro lets begin with the recipe...although its a common recipe but still do give it a try.... and lemme know...!!!!

INGRIDIENTS:

2. Egg- as per requirement

3. cornflour- as per requirement

MARINATION:

1. Take soya chunks into a bowl add lukewarm water to it and add salt in it.

2. after sometime press soyachunks in between palms to drain out the extra water, then add beaten egg and cornflour to it. mis it properly and keep aside for few minutes. you can add onion paste in this stage but this is optional.

METHOD:

1. First cut capsicum, onions and carrot into big pieces and keep it aside. cut green chilli into long pieces and put it in a small bowl of vinegar and keep that also aside. we will use this afterwards.

2. Take a pan and add oil in it and deep fry the marinated soya chunks and then take it out.

3. now in a pan add oil, heat it. Add chopped garlic. fry for 1 minute to 2 minute, then add one by one onion, carrot and capsicum into it and saute and cook till it softens.

4. when the veggies gets soften, add tomato sauce, soya sauce into it and fry for sometime. then after the veggies get mixed up into sauces, add the green chillies which we had dipped into vinegar. add green chilli along with the vinegar. again fry for 1 to 2 min.

5. now its time to add already fried soya chunks which we had kept aside. fry them thoroughly and add salt in this stage but take care because already e have added much sauces which contain salt. so add little by little.

6. cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for about 4 minute to 5 minute.

7. now separately make lukewarm water and add cornflour to it. pour this mixture into soya chunks slowly by steering the food continuously. if needed add remaining salt.

8. for dry chilli soya donot add cornflour mix into it because it makes the whole recipe moist.

and your chilli soya is ready... you can serve it with luchi, paratha, or jeera rice.
