3 INGRIDIENT CHOCOLATE CAKE
HELLO FRIENDS...
BACK WITH ANOTHER SIMPLE QUICK RECIPE OF CAKE WHICH REQUIRES ONLY 3 INGRIDIENTS.....
LETS HAVE A LOOK AT THE RECIPE...
INFGRIDIENT:
1. DARK CHOCOLATE COMPOUND- 1FULL 2. EGGS- 3
3. POWDER SUGAR- 1/2 CUP
METHOD:
1. CUT DARK CHOCOLATE COMPOUND INTO SMALL PIECES WHICH WILL HELP THEM TO MELT EASILY.
2. MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN DOUBLE BOILER. U CAN REFER TO MY OTHER CAKE RECIPE TO SEE HOW DOUBLE BOILER WORKS. LET THE CHOCOLATE MELT ON ITS ON LOW-MEDIUM FLAME.
3. ON OTHER SIDE BREAK EGG AND KEEP THE YORK AND WHITE PART SEPARATE.
4. BEAT EGG WHITE FOR SOMETIME AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
5. WHEN CHOCOLATE MELTS KEEP IT ASIDE AND PREPARE THE OVEN. TODAY I WILL SHOW YOU HOW U CAN TURN KADHAI INTO OVEN. REFER TO THE IMAGES BELOW..
6. TAKE THE MELTED CHOCOLATE, ADD POWDERED SUGAR INTO IT AND MIX IT PROPERLY.
7. NOW ADD EGG YOLKS AND MIX AGAIN. THEN ADD EGG WHITE AND MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER OUT OF IT.
8. PREPARE YOUR CAKE MOULD BY BRUSHING IT WITH WHITE OIL/MELTED BUTTER AND LINE IT UP WITH BUTTER PAPER.
9. POUR THE CAKE BATTER INTO IT.
10. NOW PUT IT IN UR SELF MADE OVEN FOR BAKING. FOR THE 1ST 5MIN KEEP THE FLAME ON HIGH AND THEN LOWER IT DOWN.
11. KEEP ON CHECKING IN BETWEEN IF ITS DONE OR NOT.. ONCE DONE TAKE IT OUT, COOL DOWN AND CUT IT INTO PIECES AFTER DECORATING IT WITH SOME POWDERED SUGAR...
NOTE: THIS CAKE WILL TAKE TIME TO BAKE BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT ADDED BAKING POWDER. SO BE PATIENT WITH IT.
