THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE WILL BRING WATER IN YOUR MOUTH...

GIVE IT A SHOT AND ENJOY...

LETS BEGIN....!!!!

INGRIDIENT:

1. BOILED PASTA- ANY TYPE WILL DO.(HERE I HAVE USED ELBOW MACRONI PASTA).

2. BUTTER-4-5 TBSPNS.

3. MAIDA(ALL PURPOSE FLOUR)- 4TBSPNS.

4. RED CHILLI FLAKES- 2TSPNS.

5. PASTA SEASONING- 2 TSPNS.

6. MIXED HERBS- 2 TSPNS.

7. MILK-2 CUPS.

8.FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC- 7-8 FLAKES.

9. GRATED CHEESE- AS PER YOUR CHOICE.

10. BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 4TSPNS.

11.SALT- AS PER TASTE.

12. CAPSICUM- 1 CUT INTO SMALL PIECES.( YOU CAN ANY VEGGIE).

METHOD:

1. BOIL PASTA FOR ABOUT 10MIN UNTIL IT BECOME SOFT. ADD SOME SALT IN WATER WHILE BOILING THEM.

2. STRAIN THEM AND WASH WITH COLD WATER TO AVOID FURTHER COOKING OF PASTA,.

3. NOW TAKE A PAN ADD SOME OIL AND FRY CAPSICUM AND KEEP THAT SEPARATELY.

4. TAKE ANOTHER PAN,ADD BUTTER IN IT. LET IT MELT DOWN. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC SAUTE FOR 1 MIN AND THEN ADD MAIDA IN IT. LOWER DOWN THE FLAME SO THAT MAIDA DO NOT BURN.

KEEP FRYING MAIDA ON MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL THE RAW SMELL GOES OFF. IT WILL TAKE 2MIN TO DO SO.

5. NOW ADD MILK INTO IT AND KEEP STIRRING THE MIXTURE TO AVOID FORMATION OF LUMPS. A QUICK TRICK IS THAT IF LUMPS FORM YOU CAN POUR THE MIXTURE IN GRINDER AND GIVE IT A QUICK MIX.

6. KEEP ON STIRRING THE MIXTURE. IT WILL START THICKENING GRADUALLY. ADD HALF OF THE MENTIONED SPICES AT THIS STAGE ALONG WITH SALT.

7. BELOW MENTIONED PIC SHOWS HOW U WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THE SAUCE IS READY. SAUCE WILL START TO STAY ON THE BACK OF YOUR SPOON.

8.ONCE THE SAUCE IS READY ADD FRIED CAPSICUM,GIVE IT A MIX OF 30 SEC AND THEN ADD YOUR BOILED PASTA.

9. MIX IT SLOWLY TO AVOID ANY FALLOUT. THEN ADD REMAINING PORTION OF THE SPICES/HERBS, BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT IF NEEDED.

10. FINALLY ADD GRATED CHEESE AND GIVE IT A FINAL QUICK MIX.

11. SERVE HOT ANF ENJOY...!!!! :)
