CHEESY MAGGIE BALLS

MAGGIE IS EVERYONE'S FAVORITE.. BE IT A CHILD OR ADULT...

HERE I HAVE GIVEN IT A TWIST BY ADDING A STROKE OF CHEESE INTO IT IN ANOTHER FORM...

LETS HAVE A LOOK....

INGRIDIENT:

1. MAGGIE AND MAGGIE MAKER- 2 PIECES

2. CHESSE SLICES AS PER REQUIREMENT.

3.OIL- TO FRY

4. MIXED HERBS- AS PER REQUIREMENT

5.EGG-2 PIECES

6. BISCUIT POWDER/BREAD CRUMBS- AS PER REQUIREMENT.

7.RED CHILLI FLAKES- AS PER REQUIREMENT.

8. PASTA SEASONING- AS PER REQUIREMENT.

METHOD:

1. PREPARE MAGGIE IN NORMAL WAY AS WE MAKE IT. COOL IT DOWN TOTALLY.

2. BREAK EGGS IN A BOWL ,WHIP IT AND ADD ALL THE SEASONING INTO IT.

3. NOW MAKE POWDER FROM BISCUIT OR YOU CAN USE BREAD CRUMBS.

4. NOW MAKE SMALL BALLS OF CHEESE SLICES AND KEEP ASIDE.

5. PREPARE MAGGIE BALLS AND INSERT CHEESE BALLS INSIDE IT. NOW MAKE PROPER BALL OUT OF IT AND GIVE IT A EGG WASH AND THEN ADD ROLL IT IN BISCUIT POWDER/ BREAD CRUMBS.

6. NOW DIP IT IN HOT OIL AND GIVE IT A GOOD FRY.

7. AFTER FRYING TAKE IT OUT ON A KITCHEN NAPKIN TO SOAK EXTRA OIL.

AFTER COOLING IT DOWN FOR SOMETIME ENJOY IT WITH MAYONIIESE.....
