SIMPLE FRIED MAGGIE

MAGGIE IS EVERYONES FAVORITE... HOW ABOUT IF WE CAN MAKE IT MORE DELICIOUS THAN IT IS....

LETS CHECK OUT THE RECIPE OF SIMPLE FRIED MAGGIE....

INGRIDIENT:

1.MAGGIE- 2 PIECE

2. MAGGIE MASALA OR MAGGIE MAKER-2 PACKETS.

3. SOYA SAUCE- 2 TSPN

4. TOMATO SAUCE- 3 TSPN

5.OIL- TO FRY.

6. CHOPPED ONION-1 BIG

METHOD:

1. BOIL MAGGIE NOODLE SEPARATELY AND LEAVE IT FOR SOMETIME ASIDE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN OUT IN A STRAINER AS SHOWN BELOW. SOME FEW DROPS OF OIL IN IT AND MIX THEM PROPERLY. THIS WILL PREVENT THE MAGGIE NOODLES FROM STICKING WITH EACH OTHER.

2. TAKE A PAN OR KADHAI, ADD SOME WHITE COOKING OIL, AND ADD CHOPPED ONIONS TO IT.

FRY ON LOW FLAME TILL IT BECOMES LIGHT BROWN IN COLOR.

3. NOW ON THE OTHER SIDE ADD SOYA SAUCE TO THE BOILED MAGGIE WHICH WE HAVE KEPT ASIDE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN OUT. TOSS THEM PROPERLY SO THAT ALL THE STRINGS OF THE MAGGIE NODDLE GETS COATED PROPERLY.

4. ADD THIS TO THE FRIED ONIONS AND TOSS THEM PROPERLY.

5. NOW ADD MAGGIE MASALA, TOMATO SAUCE ONE BY ONE AND MIX EVERYTHING PROPERLY.

6. THEN FRY FOR 2MIN ON HIGH FLAME.

DELICIOUS YET SIMPLE FRIED MASALA MAGGIE IS READY.....
