MANY DO NOT LIKE TO HAVE OATS....
BUT WHAT IF U CAN HAVE IT AS SNACKS...
LETS REINVENT OATS IN A DIFFERENT WAY ALL TOGETHER....
INGRIDIENT:
1.BOILED POTATO- 4 TO 5
2. CHOPPED ONION- 1 BIG
3. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI- AS PER REQUIREMENT
4. CHOPPED GARLIC- 8-10 CLOVES
5. POWDERED OATS- 2 CUPS.
6. OIL - TO FRY
7. DRY GINGER POWDER- 1.5TBSPN
8. CHAAT MASALA- AS PER REQUIREMENT
9. SALT TO TASTE.
10. CUMIN POWDER- 1 TSPN
11. CORIANDER POWDER- 1TSPN
METHOD:
1. SMASH BOILED POTATOES IN A BOWL. ADD POWDERED OATS INTO IT.
2. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION, GARLIC,GREEN CHILLI IN TO IT AS SHOWN BELOW.
3. NOW ADD ALL THE SPICES ONE BY ONE.
4. MIX THEM WELL SO THAT PROPER TEXTURE FOR BAKING TIKKI COMES.
5. NOW MAKE SMALL TIKKI AS PER SIZE U WANT.
6. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR SOMETIME.
7. ADDSOME WHITE OIL IN A PAN AND SHALLOW FRY THEM UNTILL THEY BECOME GOLDEN BROWN.
8.SERVE THEM WITH DIP OF YOUR CHOICE OR MAYONNAISE.
