SIMPLE BISCUIT CAKE(IN PRESSURE COOKER)
HOW ABOUT A QUICKIE RECIPE OF CAKE WHICH YOU CAN PREPARE IN 25MINS AND THAT TOO WITH MINIMUM OF INGRIDIENTS WHICH ARE EASILY AVAILABLE IN YOUR HOUSE ALL THE TIME.....!!!
AND WHATS MORE FASCINATING IF U CAN PREPARE IT IN COOKER....
LETS START..
INGRIDIENTS:
1. MARIE BISCUIT( OR U CAN TAKE ANY MILK BISCUIT LIKE PARLE G)- 17 PIECES
2. MILK - 1 CUP
3. SUGAR POWDER- HALF CUP
4. BAKING POWDER- 1 TBSP
5. VANILLA ESSENCE/KEWRA WATER/ ELAICHI POWDER- 1 TBSP
6. SALT- 1 CUP
METHOD:
1. FIRST TAKE BISCUITS AND CRUSH THEM WITH YOUR HAND AND THEN PUT IT IN BLENDER FOR MAKING POWDER OUT OF IT.
2. IN THE SAME WAY PUT SUGAR IN BLENDER AND MAKE POWDER.
3. NOW TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND ADD BISCUIT POWDER, SUGAR POWDER, BAKING POWDER, MIL, ESSENCE/KEWRA WATER OR ELAICHI POWDER. (ANY ONE WILL DO THE WORK). MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER.
4. NOW TAKE YOUR PRESSURE COOKER REMOVE THE WHISTLE FROM THE LID AND PUT I CUP SALT INSIDE IT. AND PLACE A STAND ALSO. CLOSE THE LID OF THE COOKER AND KEEP THE FLANE MEDIUM. LET IT GET PRE HEATED FIRST.
5. AFTER 10MIN THE COOKER IS PRE HEATED.
6. NOW TAKE A BOWL IN WHICH U WANT TO BAKE THE CAKE. GREESE IT WITH OIL OR BUTTER AS PER YOUR CONVINIENCE. AND THEN PUT THE BATTER INSIDE IT.
7. NOW PLACE THE BOWL INSIDE THE COOKER AND CLOSE THE LID. KEEP THE FLAME MEDIUM AND LEAVE IT FOR 20MINUTE. AFTER 20MIN TAKE A TOOTH PICK/ KNIFE AND POKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAKE. IF THE TOOTHPEEK COMES OUT CLEAN THAT MEANS THE CAKE IS BAKED PROPERLY OR ELSE IT IS NOT.
8. WHEN THE CAKE IS BAKED PROPERLY TSWITCH OF THE GAS FLAME AND LET THE COOKER COOL DOWN.
9. WHEN THE COOKER COOLS DOWN TAKE OUT THE CAKE CONTAINER AND SERVE THE CAKE BY CUTTING IT INTO DESIRED PIECES...
