SO HERE IS ANITHER SIMPLE RECIPE WHICH IS TASTY ALSO AND IT CAN BE MAD WITH MINIMUM INGRIDIENTS ...

INGRIDIENTS:
1. BOILED POTATOES- 2-3 BIG SIZE
2. JEERA- 1 TBSPN
3. BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 1TSPN
4. ROCK SALT(SENDHA NAMAK)- AS PER TASTE
5. GHEE- 1 TBSPN
6. CHOPPED GREEN CHLLI- 4IN NOS
METHOD:
1. BOIL 2 TO 3 BIG ALOO AND CUT THEM INTO PIECES AS PER YOUR WISH
2. TAKE A PAN AND ADD 1 TBSPN OF GHEE INTO IT AND LET IT MELT COMPLETE.
3. NOW ADD JEERA AND SAUTE FOR 1 MIN TILL IT SPLUTTERS, THEN ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND FRY IT FOR NEXT 1 MIN.
4. NOW ADD BOILED POTATO AND FRY FOR 2 MIN AT MEDUIUM FLAME. WHEN YOU SEE THAT THE POTATO HAS STARTED TURNING LIGHT BROWN ADD ROCK SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER TO IT. AND FRY FOR ANOTHER 1TO 2 MIN ON HIGH FLAE TILL ALOO BECOMES LITTLE BIT CRISPY IF YOU WANT IUT TO BE SO....
5. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME ONCE ALOO BECOMES CRISPY AND SERVE IT HOT....
