SHAHI TOAST

SOMETIMES WE ALL CRAVE FOR SOME SWEET DISHES AT THE END OF THE DAY....!!1 SO HOW ABOUT IF WE CAN HAVE QUICK DESERT THAT ALSO MADE FROM SOME EASY INGRIDIENTS... ALSO THIS IS DIWALI TIME SO LETS HAVE A LOOK AT THIS RECIPE..

INGRIDIENTS:

1.'BREAD- 8 TO 10 PIECES

2.SUGAR- 2 CUPS

3.OIL- 2 CUPS

4. CHOTI ELAICHI- 4 TO 5

5.FULL FAT MILK- 500ML

METHOD:

1. TAKE FULL FAT MILK IN A PAN AND PUT IT IN MEDIUM FLAME TO BOIL. BUT DONOT FORGET TO STIR IT AT REGULAR INTERVALS. SLOWLY YOU WILL SEE THAT THE MILK HAS STARTED TO GET THICKENED AND IT WILL START TO FORM A CREAM LIKE TEXTURE. WHEN THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS REACHED TAKE IT OUT IN A PLATE.

NOTE:: IF IT HAS BECOME TOO MUCH THICK BY MISTAKE THEN NO NEDD TO WORRY YOU CAN ADD LITTLE MILK AND REHEAT IT TO MAKE IT LITTLE THIN.

2. NOW TAKE A SEPARATE PAN AND ADD SUGAR IN IT AND THEN 3 CUPS OF WATER. LET IT BOIL TILL IT REACHES THE SHOWN CONSISTENCY. WHE IT IS READY KEEP IT ASIDE.

3. NOW AGAIN TAKE ANOTHER PAN AND OIL IN IT. WHEN IT GETS HEATED FRY BREAD PIECES IN IT TILL IT BECOMES BROWN IN COLOUR AS SHOWN.

4. TAKE IT OUT AND QUICKLY DIP IT IN SUGAR SYRUP THAT YOU HAVE MADE.. DONOT KEEP IT IN SYRUP FOR LONG OR ELSE THE BREAD PIECES WILL BECOME SOFT.

5. NOW TAKE OUT THE BREAD PIECES AND PLACE THEM ON A PLATE. WHEN BREAD PIECES BECOMES LITTLE COLD SPREAD THE CREAM WHICH WE HAVE MADE FROM MILK OVER THE BREAD PIECES AND HAVE IT HOT... IT TASTES DELICIOUS....
