CHOCOLATE MITHAI || DARK,WHITE ||
MITHAI OR SWEETS WHAT WE CALL SOMETIMES CAN BE MADE In AN INNOVATIVE WAY ALSO....THERE ARE MANY INGRIDIENTS WHICH CAN BE INCORPORATED WHILE MAKING SWEETS...SO HERE TODAY I HAVE MADE SWEETS WITH CHOCOLATE BOTH WHITE AND DARK CHOCOLATE... DO GIVE IT A TRY
LETS BEGIN...!!
INGRIDIENTS:
1. DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS( OR ANY OTHER CADBURY OR BOURNVILLE BAR) - 1/4TH CUP
2. WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS- 1/4TH CUP
3. MILK POWDER(PREFER AMUL ONE)- 1/2 CUP
4.SUGAR- 1/3RD CUP
5. BUTTER SCOTCH CHIPS- 1/3RD CUP
6.ALMOND- 5TO6
METHOD:
1. THE VERY FIRST WORK TO MAKE THIS SWEET IS TO MELT BOTH THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS. TAKE A PAN OR BIG BOWL , FILL IT WITH WATER AND PLACE ONE SMALL BOWL ON IT.. SWITCH ON THE GAS FLAME AND PUT CHOCO CHIPS IN IT AND START STIRRING IT IN EITHER CLOCKWISE DIRECTION OR ANTI CLOCKWISE DIRECTION. THE CHOCOLATE WILL START MELTING SLOWLY AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE BELOW. IF IT TAKES TOO LONG TO MELT THE CHOCOLATE THEN YOU CAN ADD SOME VEGETABLE OIL INTO IT. IT WILL FASTEN UP THE PROCESS OF MELTING...THIS PROCESS OF MELTING IS CALLED DOUBLE BOILING AND IT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES BELOW.
2. WHEN BOTH THE CHOCOLATES ARE MELTED,KEEP THEM ASIDE AND START 2ND PREPARATION.
3. TAKE 1 CUP OF MILK BUT POUR HALF OF IT IN THE PAN FOR BOILING BECAUSE WE WILL BE MAKING 2 BATCHES OF THIS BOTH FOR DARK AND WHITE CHOCOLATES. NOW DD HALF OF THE MILK POWDER WHICH WE HAVE TAKEN. START MIXING BOTH OF THEM N LOW FLAME AND THEN ADD HALF OF THE SUGAR WHICH WE HAVE TAKEN..
EVERYTHING WE ARE MIXING HALF COZ WE NEED TWO BATCHES OF THE MIXTURE.
4. WHEN THE MIXTURE REACHES THE BELOW SHOWN CONSISTENCY SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND TAKE IT OUT IN THE SAME BOWL IN WHICH CHOCOLATE IS MELTED.
5. MIX BOTH OF THEM NICELY AND THEN ADD SOME BUTTER SCOTCH CHIPS INTO IT AND AGAIN GIVE A LIGHT HAND MIX.
6 THE TAKE A PLATE GRESE IT WITH SOME VEGETABLE OIL AND POUR THE MIXTURE ON IT,ADD SOME CHOPPED ALMONDS AND PUT IT IN FREEZE FOR ATLEAST 6-7 HOURS TO SET PROPERLY. IF AFTER 6-7 HOURS YOU SEE THATTHE MITHAI HAS NOT SET PROPERLY KEEP IT IN FREEZE FOR SOME MORE HOURS.
7 REPEAT THIS SAME STEPS FOR ANOTHER BATCH ALSO...
WHEN YOU SEE THAT THE MITHAI IS SET PROPERLY CUT IT INTO SHAPE YOU WANT AND SERVE IT..
