BREAD POHA
ITS GREAT WHEN YOU CAN HAVE BREAD OTHER THAN BOARING TOAST AND BUTTER BREAK.. WE ALL LOVE POHA, HOW ABOUT MAKING THE SAME POHA BUT WITH BREAD. LETS HAVE A LOOK AT THE RECIPE...!!
INGRIDIENT:
1.BREAD- 6 TO 8 PIECES(BROWN OR WHITE)
2. CHOPPED TOMATO- 1 BIG
3. POTATO CHOPPED- 1 SMALL
4. KADI PATTA- AS MANY YOU WANT
5. SARSO SEEDS- AS PER REQUIREMENT
6. ONION CHOPPED- 1 BIG
7. CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TBSP
8.GREEN CHILLI- 3 TO 4
9. RED CHILLI POWDER- 1 TBSP
10. AMCHUR POWDER- 1 TBSP
11. OIL AND SALT- AS PER REQUIREMENT
12.ACHAR MASALA- 1 TSPN
METHOD:
1. TAKE WHITE OR BROWN BREAD ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCE AND BREAK THEM INTO SMALL PIECES WITH HAND OR YOU CAN CUT THEM IN EQUAL PIECES WITH KNIFE. YOU CAN OPT FOR ANYONE OF THESE METHODS.
2. CHOP ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED INGRIDIENTS AND KEEP THEM ASIDE.
3. NOW TAKE A PAN AND ADD OIL IN IT. LET IT GET HEATED AND THEN ADD SARSO, KADI PATTA, GREEN CHILLIES ND STIR FOR SOMETIME TILL SARSO SEEDS STARTS SPLUTTERING.
4. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION INTO IT AND FRY TILL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN. THEN ADD CHOPPED POTATO AND FRY THEY ALSO BECOME LIGHT BROWN.
5. THEN ADD CHOPPED TOMATO AND COOK FOR GOOD 4 TO 5 MIN ON LOW FLAME SO THAT TOMATOES GET COOKED PROPERLY.
6. THEN ADD POWDER MASALA ONE BY ONE INTO IT AND AGAIN COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MIN ON LOW FLAME. IF U WANT U CAN ADD LITTLE WATER SO AS TO FASTEN UP THE PROCESS.
7. NOW ADD LITTLE ACHAR MASALA TO IT AND MIX IT PROPERLY.
8. NOW ADD BREAD PIECES IN SMALL QUANTITY SO THAT U CAN MIX IT PROPERLY.AFTER ALL THE BREAD PIECES ARE MIXED PROPELY ADD SALT AND AGAIN MIX PROPERLY.
