HOME MADE CHOCOLATES

EASY RECIPE OF HOW U CAN MAKE CHOCOLATES OF YOUR CHOICE AT HOME...!!

CHECK OUT THE RECIPE BELOW..

INGRIDIENTS:

1. DARK CHOCOLATE COMPOUND- HALF

2. WHITE CHOCOLATE COMPOUND- HALF

3. RAISINS- 1/3 CUP

4. AMUL POWDER- 1/2 CUP

5. RICE BALLS- AS PER REQUIREMENT

METHOD:

1. THE VERY 1ST STEP IS TO TAKE OUT THE COMPOUNDS 4 TO 5 HOURS BEFORE ACTUALLY MAKING CHOCOLATES. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT THE CHOCOLATES BECOME SLIGHTLY SOFT THEN IT WILL BE EASY TO MELT THEM.

2. NOW TAKE DOUBLE BOILER AS I HAVE SHOWN IN MY DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE. ADD DARK CHOCoLATE COMPOUND AFTER BREAKING IT INTO PIECES. IT WILL MAKE THE MELTING PROCESS EASIER.

3. WHEN THE CHOCOLATE STARTS MELTING STIR IT IN ONE DIRECTION. EITHER CLOCKWISE OR ANTI CLOCK WISE. MAKE SURE THAT NOT A SINGLE DROP OF WATER SHOULD GO INTO THE COMPOUND. WATER WILL NOT ALLOW THE COMPOUND TO MELT RATHER COMPOUND WILL BECOME MORE THICK..

4. KEEP ON STIRING THE COMPOUND IN ONE DIRECTION SO THAT HEAT SPREADS PROPERLY.

5. NOW WHEN THE COMPOUND HAS MELTED ADD 3 TSPOON OF AMUL POWDER INTO IT TO CUT THE RAW TASTE OF THE DARK COMPOUND. AND MIX IT PROPERLY.

6. TURN OF THE FLAME AND TAKE IT OFF KEEP IT SIDE. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS WITH THE WHITE COMPOUND.

7. NOW TAKE THE CHOCOLATE MOULDS OF YOUR CHOICE.

FOR ONLY DARK CHOCOLATES---- ADD LITTLE MELTED COMPOUND INTO THE MOULDS, WHEN ALL OF THEM ARE FILLED HALF TAP THEM TO LEVEL THE LIQUID AND TO ENSURE THAT NO AIR BUBBLES REMAINS IN THAT.

NOW SPRINKLE SOME CRUNCHES IN ALL THE MOULDS AND AGAIN POUR MELTED CHOCOLATE. TO FILL THEM UP PROPERLY. AND AGAIN TAP THE MOULD.

KEEP IT INSIDE DEEP FREEZER FOR ABOUT 30 MIN AND YOUR CHOCOLATE WILL BE SET.

8. FOR MAKING MIXED CHOCOLATE.

FIRST ADD DARK MELTED CHOCOLATE IN MOULDS THEN ADD SOME RAISINS AND THEN AGAIN ADD WHITE MELTED CHOCOLATE. FREEZE THIS ALSO IN THE SAME WAY.

9. FOR MAKING ONLY WHITE CHOCOLATE

ADD WHITE MELTED CHCOLATE IN MOULDS AND FREEZE THEM. U CAN ADD RAISINS ALMONDS IN THE SAME WAY AS MENTIONED ABOVE IF YOU WANT OR CAN KEEP IT SIMPLE.

NOW AFTER 30MIN DEMOULD ALL THE CHOCOLATES AND THEY WILL LOOK SOMEWHAT LIKE THIS.
