DHANIE KI CHUTNEY

SIMPLE YET DELICIOUS CHUTNEY WHICH GOES WITH ANYTHING STARTING FROM DAAL CHAWAL TO PARANTHA.... LETS GET STARTED..

INGRIDIENTS:

1. DHANIA LEAVES(CORIANDER LEAVES)- 1 BUNCH

2. GARLIC CLOVES- 10 TO 12

3. CHOPPED ONION- 1 BIG

4. GREEN CHILLIES- 5 NO

5. AMCHUR POWDER( MANGO POWDER)- AS PER REQUIREMENT

6. CHOPPED TOMATO- 2 SMALL

7. SALT- TO TASTE

METHOD:

1. WASH DHANIA PATTA THOROUGHLY IN WATER. CLEAN IT TOTALLY AND KEEP ASIDE AFTER CHOPPING IT ROUGHLY.

2. CHOP ONION, TOMATOES

3. ADD ALL THE INGRIDIENTS IN A GRINDER, ADD LITTLE WATER AND GRIND IT INTO SMOOTH TASTE.

4. AFTER IT IS GRIND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE TAKE IT OUT IN A BOWL AND ADD SALT AND AMCHUR POWDER IN IT. ADD AMCHUR POWDER ACCORDING TO THE TANGINESS YOU PREFER.

5. MIX EVERYTHING PROPERLY AN KEEP IN IT A BOWL AND ENJOY IT TILL YOU WANT.
