INGRIDIENTS:
FOR FILLING
1. PUNEER- 200gm
2. CHOPPED ONION- 1 BIG
3. CHOPPED TOMATO- 1 BIG
4. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES-3NO
5. CORIANDER POWDER- 1 TBSPN
6. CUMIN POWDER- 1/2 TBSPN
7.RED CHILLI POWDER- 1 TSPOON
8. SALT -AS PER REQUIREMENT
9. OIL- AS PER REQUIREMENT
FOR DOUGH
1. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR( MAIDA)- 1 AND HALF CUP
2. OIL- 2TBSPN
3. SALT- 1 TSPOON
METHOD:
FOR DOUGH:
1. TAKE MAIDA, OIL AND SALT AND MIX THEM PROPERLY. THEN ADD WATER IN SMALL QUANTITY AND KNEED THE DOUGH. THE DOUGH SHOULD NOT BE VERY SOFT. IT SHOULD BE LITTLE HARD. AFTER KEEDING THE DOUGH COVER IT AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
FOR FILLING:
PREPARE THE FILLING FOR PUNEER PARANTHA IN THE SAME WAY AS SHOWN IN MY PUNEER BREAD ROLL RECIPE
PLEASE REFER TO THAT RECIPE IN MY WEBSITE
NOW TAKE THE ALREADY PREPARED DOUGH.
DIVIDE IT INTO EQUAL NO OF PARTS AS MANY U WANT. I HAVE DIVIDED INTO THREE.
NOW ROLL ONE DOUGH AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE BELOW AND FILL IT UP WITH THE FILLING. DONOT PUT TOO MUCH OF FILLING OR ELSE YOU WILL FACE PROBLEM DURING ROLLING THE ENTIRE PARANTHA...
NOW ROLL THE ENTIRE PARANTHA AFTER FILLING IT UP...!!! AS SHOWN BELOW.
NOW TAKE A PAN PLACE PARANTHA ON IT AND COOK IT ON MEDIUM FLAME ON ONE SIDE.
THEN TURN IT AND BRUSH SOME OIL AND COOK OTHER SIDE. LIKE THIS COOK BOTH THE SIDES ON MEDIUM FLAME OR ELSE THE PARANTHA WILL NOT BE SOFT.
